不知不覺超過半年😱沒有抱石了‼️
手指一下就沒力氣啦…只能慢慢回復了~
今天終於嘗試“雙人路線”,我們好沒默契阿😂
Unconsciously for more than half a year 😱 I haven't bouldering ‼ ️So I don’t have any strength with my finger ... I can only reply slowly ~
I finally tried the "two-person route" today, but we did n’t understan tacitly 😂😂
Day1:登山健行,22公里,總升落差1029m〜
Day2:登山健行,約17公里。
Day3:登山健行,22公里。
Day4:抱石,完攀V0一條、V1四條、V2一條,雙人路線一條。
(Day1: Hiking 22km, total rise of 1029m ~
Day2: Hiking 17km.
Day3: HikingHiking 22km.
Day4: Bouldering, complete the route: one V0, four V1, one V2, and one double people route.)
